These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the ARC website, services, adoption process, events, and resources. By accessing or using ARC, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you may not access or use ARC.

1. Mission and Purpose

  • ARC is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and finding loving forever homes for homeless and abandoned cats and pets.
  • ARC operates as a non-profit organization and relies on donations, grants, and volunteers to fulfil its mission.

2. Adoption Process

  • All adoptions are subject to ARC’s approval process, which may include:
  • Home visit
  • Reference check
  • Adoption contract
  • Adoption fee
  • We spay or neuter, microchip, and ensure that all adoptable animals are up to date on vaccinations.
  • ARC reserves the right to deny any adoption application.

3. Donations

  • Donations are essential to ARC’s ability to continue its mission.

  • You can make donations through the ARC website, by mail, or in person.

4. Volunteering

  • Volunteers are vital to ARC’s success.
  • Volunteer opportunities include:
  • Animal care
  • Fundraising
  • Events
  • Administrative support
  • Volunteer applications are available on the ARC website.

 

5. Content and Intellectual Property

  • The content and materials on the ARC website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and audio, are the property of ARC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not use any content from the ARC website for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
